Gig and Take is a flexible labor solution for manufacturers which helps evolve fixed labor practices (8 hour days, 5 days a week) to more flexible, dynamic labor scheduling (e.g. on-demand). Features of the solution include software built specifically for flexible labor scheduling, labor policy toolkits for HR, Legal, and Operations teams, and, over time, a labor marketplace to find qualified candidates.
